Oh my god!! I’m like amazed right now. I can’t believe this is ACTUALLY Dice & K9! As in the guys behind “Itsumo.” No offense, but their “Itsumo” song was really… well, I did not like it at all. Anyway, they sound so different now. This is such a nice song! It really is “Eargasmic.” Nice blend of house, techno, and rap. It’s super dance-able! Something I’d love to hear if I go to a club. It kind of sounds like Kaskade.

Even the video’s not that bad. When you hear the song, you can’t even tell they’re Filipino, eh? So wow! Congrats Dice & K9 for the the great song! I hope they come out with more. They totally have my respect now.

I haven’t posted in a looong time. Hehe! So first of all, RIP Rudy Fernandez…

Next, I have to say I’m disappointed with what I’ve been hearing so far about the Kim Sam Soon Pinoy remake. I’m definitely not a fan of the directors. In fact, I believe at least one of them has done some really crappy work before but I’m hoping they do better this time.

They introduced Jung Ryeo Won’s character (Hannah) as played by Nadine Samonte earlier today in SOP. They described her as the ex-fiancee of Cyrus (Hyun Bin’s character) who left him because she’s not ready to get married and then came back PRETENDING she has cancer to get him back. When I heard that, I was like “WHAT????!!! But she DOES have cancer!!!” I guess they’ve changed that. They’re turning her into a real “kontrabida.” Can I just say that one of the strengths of the original show was that no one was really a “villain?” I totally felt for Hanna’s character before, she had him first, she truly loved him, he loved her, she left for a good reason, and they could have totally ended up together. In fact Samsoon was the one who stood between them but of course, you gotta love Samsoon and Cyrus together too… The show had realistic characters that you could relate with so it’s too bad that they might be changing that to make it more Pinoy. Cause there should always be evil people in the world of Pinoys…. apparently. Hopefully, they can still work things out in such a way that will make people still sympathize with her.

Next thing I’m dreading is that they seem to be giving a big part to Samsoon’s ex-fiance played by Wendell Ramos and his new fiancee played by Pauleen Luna. As in MUCH bigger than Hannah (Jung Ryeo Won) and Doc Henry because I don’t think their actors have even started taping yet.

Worst thing I heard (I guess it’s even worse that the pretending to have cancer), Kim Samsoon might have a transformation in the end from fat to slim, sexy and beautiful! So they’re turning it into Betty La Fea? I guess to compete with ABS’ remake of Betty La Fea. But then, isn’t it the point of KSS that women should be strong and love themselves as they are?!? Cyrus loved Samsoon as she is, right? I think it would send a better and more empowering message if they just let her stay as she is, fatsuit and all. There’s still time to change their mind about this idea so I’m begging them, PLEASE DON’T DO IT!

I guess these are my main concerns. A lot of other stuff I’ve seen in the teasers are actually good. The show looks really funny. Before I was reluctant about Regine but now I think she’s doing great. I LOVE Mark Anthony Fernandez (HOTNESS)! I’m watching mainly for him. The rest of the cast are seem perfect too. Tessie Tomas, John Lapuz, Eugene Domingo, and Sheena Halili, it’s going to be a riot! I hope the show will turn out to be a lot better than I’m expecting. I mean it’s good to have changes but they probably shouldn’t change things that are part of the original’s strengths right? So let’s watch out for this! It starts June 30!

According to the Regine Velasquez interview I saw a couple of weeks ago. She will definitely be Kim Sam Soon. She also revealed who else will be in the cast.

Mark Anthony Fernandez will be Cyrus (Hyun Bin’s role). Even though I love Dennis Trillo, I’m totally happy Mark Anthony Fernandez got this. Oh, and he can look a lot better on TV than on this pic.

Doc Hayden Kho (Dr. Vicki Belo’s boyfriend) will most probably be Henry (Daniel Henney’s role).

Wendell Ramos is the ex-boyfriend.

My friend sent me a link to this video in youtube. It’s the 2nd opening theme of the Death Note anime. Totally hilarious! It totally sounded like the “misheard lyrics.” My favorite was the last part though… and the “GET POOOORN!!!” part. Enjoy!

I saw his short interview in Daily Ten (I think) last night. He came out with a song recently (solo) and he was talking about what everybody else in Black Eyes Peas were doing. He said he’s in the movie, Wolverine and Taboo is in Street Fighter.  As for apl.de.ap aka Allan Pineda, this is what he said, “That guy is huge in the Philippines!” Then they laughed. I laughed too. It was so true. I just found it so funny and embarrassing. It’s crazy how popular Apl is here in the Philippines, when he’s really just the OTHER guy in Black Eyed Peas. I don’t really dislike him or anything, it’s just that he’s so overrated here and it’s getting annoying.

Am I the only one who’s finding this a bit disturbing? I mean, Aga/Claudine was kinda creepy for me, Aga/Kristine was creepier, Aga/Angelica was much creepier and now Anne Curtis. How old is he?? Who’s next? Kim Chiu? Maja Salvador? KC Concepcion? Wait, KC Concepcion might be a good idea. Sharon can be in it and maybe they could have a Rumor Has It kind of plot.

Actually, I KNOW I have a thing for older guy-younger girl type of couples. I’m gonna admit I like the Keira Knightley/Johnny Depp pairing since Pirates of the Caribbean (I know, WAY worse than Aga/Anne). My favorite movie is My Little Bride. So I’m not sure why it really bothers me that Aga’s paired up with younger girls. At least, he’s cute and still looks young (definitely why he’s getting these roles). Maybe if they actually acknowledge the age gap in the movies, it will be different for me. Like, if it’s actually part of the plot that he’s a lot older than her and that’s why the love is so forbidden or that’s the main conflict of the relation. I would probably find that a LOT more interesting instead of seeing Aga acting like he’s 20 years younger than he actually is.

Super Junior has a new subgroup, Super Junior M. It includes Hankyung, Donghae, Shiwon, Ryeowook, Kyuhyun, and new Chinese members, Henry and ZhouMi. Here’s their 1st video, it’s the Chinese version of U. Let me just say… HOTNESS! Seriously! All the members I love are here.

I have just found my newest love from SuJu! Kyuhyun! I don’t see him a lot before with Super Junior so I never really noticed him until I saw the Marry U proposing thing they did for their mini-concert…

They’re all so cute in that vid though! I LOVE Donghae, of course! Heechul was funny! Eunhyuk’s and Hankyung’s proposal seemed real. Kyuhyun’s proposal really looked like it was taken from a Korean drama, lovely.

So now I’m really in love with him too. He’s like an even cuter version of Kenichi Matsuyama!! They should do parody of Death Note and he could be L. Hehe! Seriously! Is it just me or is he not as exposed as the other SuJu members? He wasn’t even in Attack on the Pin-up Boys (but I know it’s because of the accident), he wasn’t in SuJu Full House, and I don’t remember seeing him in EHB (although I haven’t finished watching all episodes yet). Anyway, SuJu Death Note please?!

OH MY GOD! NO! So many people, including Penn Badgley, apparently think that Dan was “straight up” gay in all the books of Gossip Girl. It’s been explained so many times, he’s NOT. I’ve read up to book 8 (I’m reading book 9 now), so far he’s been very straight and very much in love with Vanessa. From what I’ve gathered, however, there was this one time in a later book that he goes to this poetry thing and ends up kissing a guy. For a brief period, he sort of doubts his sexuality but soon enough he realizes how in love he is with Vanessa still and he’s NOT gay. That’s it with his whole gay storyline. If there’s someone who’s REALLY gay in the books, it’s Chuck, which was why the whole Blair/Chuck storyline in the show was kind of awkward for me at first (though I must admit it was really hot). Fine, for the first few books he was this sleazy playboy rapist but later on I guess he was too much of a player that he turned gay? There was even a time I seriously believed he was Gossip Girl when I read the end of one of the books (at the next book, I wasn’t sure again). He was even hitting on Dan and stuff, when he was starting to get popular. I’m glad he’s been straight in the show though, I don’t mind a hot and straight guy on the show. I hope he gets a monkey though, like Chuck in the books. I don’t know, I can just imagine Ed Westwick with a little monkey and it would be so cute.

So why am I bringing up the gay business? According to spoilers of the Gossip Girl TV show… one of the main characters will turn out to be gay. Any ideas?
