I thought it was just a rumor but I just saw the teaser on GMA today. I guess it’s true. Regine Velasquez is said to be the lead. Umm… Well, I guess it’s better than having her as the lead in Full House. I hope THAT is a rumor. Even though I’m not a fan of Sunshine Dizon, I have to admit that the Kim Sam Soon role fits her better than Regine. I’ll just say, I hope Ogie’s not the Hyun Bin. I heard Dennis Trillo might get the role, though.
I hope they don’t ruin the show. Maybe Mark Reyes should direct, he seems like one of the sensible directors of GMA. No! Please no Mac Alejandre and Dominic Zapata!

I saw Linda and Jieriel in the Studio 23 livestream earlier talking about it. Someone told me about an hour ago that Linda actually said to Robi that he’s a LIAR. Any truth to this? It was bound to happen sooner or later anyway. Robi and Josef have been too obvious. They talk too much about their friendship and all their stories have to involve each other that it’s too forced already. They were starting to sound inconsistent as well. They also really awkward most of the time. They should have just acted more naturally rather than exaggerating their “friendship” so much (they seemed more like gay lovers than best buds). So yeah, they’re screwed and they’ll go hungry next week. Thanks Linda!

Oh my god!!! It looks amazing… and more realistic. There are more customization options AND you can GO anywhere in the neighborhood. I’m excited about the create-a-sim, my favorite part. There’s supposed to be a wide variety of skin tones and body types. You can customize the hair and clothes. I can’t wait to get it. It comes out 2009.

The title has gotten even longer, eh? Honestly, I hate all the twists, innovations, and manipulations they keep doing in BB, but I will still watch this because the whole idea of putting together a bunch of HOT people in one house and watching them interact, is super interesting. I just have to admit it. I want classic and simple PBB.
So many hot guys! My favorites are Robi and Josef (Ateneo and La Salle boys). I love their secret task. I think Robi looks a lot like KevJumba (from YouTube), whom I love. I like all the guys actually. I dislike some of the girls though, for judgmental reasons that I don’t want to mention cause it’s just mean. I like Nicole though, she looks nice, pretty and she has class (at least she really seems like she does).

I just wanna say that the subtitle, “The Original,” sounds defensive. Hahaha! No, I am not bashing the Taiwanese Hana Kimi, I happen to like the show as well. In fact, I really LOVE Jiro Wang. Haha! Really, I do! He’s so cute in his own way… and funny, and talented, and more. I love Wu Chun because he’s hot. The show’s SUPER FUNNY. I do wanna bash ABSCBN because I hate them now (something happened, I might explain later). I’m happy they got the Taiwanese version while GMA got the Jap one. I’d be disappointed if it’s the other way around. I’m also glad that they have different time slots. At least, everyone can watch both shows and not have to fight over it. I mean, why do we have to decide to like one more than the other when we can watch and LOVE both? I watched both today (yes, even though I hate ABS) and I really enjoyed myself. So why don’t we all do that?

I just found out about this today. It premieres on March 24, the same date Hana Kimi Japan premieres on GMA. I still don’t know about the time slot though. Hana Kimi Jap would probably be 6 PM though, to replace Hana Yori Dango. I’ve always preferred the Jap one, hot Horikita Maki (as a girl AND boy), hot Oguri Shun, and my lovely Ikuta Toma. Plus, it’s just BETTER. If the TV stations weren’t so greedy and competitive, they’d have different time slots and people will get to enjoy both shows but I wouldn’t count on it.

I’ve been pissed since yesterday because of something my friend revealed to me. I’m really dying to talk/rant about it here now but I have to wait until next week, just to be safe. I’ll just say that it involves our practicum for this summer, a certain company, and fairness.

I got excited when I saw the teasers last night, even though I’ve already watched it. Hana Kimi Ikemen Paradise will premiere March 24, the timeslot hasn’t been mentioned. I really love this show so I hope it does well in the Philippines. I have a feeling the Tagalog dubbing will make it funnier. “Homo janai!” will be “Di ako bakla!” Hahaha! Gotta love Ikuta Toma.

I just spent P190 on 1 Jughead Double Digest because of my Jughead fixation this week. I thought those comics would be cheaper by now but oh well, at least I’m enjoying it. The fixation started when I was looking around for Scooby Doo Shaggy/Daphne fanfiction and then I realized that Jughead/Veronica would be interesting. Someone mentioned somewhere that there was a time when Jughead and Veronica played Romeo and Juliet in a play then they practiced kissing and Ronnie fell in love with him or something. Did that really happen?

The other night, I suddenly thought of the Korean/Japanese drama Tree of Heaven. It happens to be one of my favorites. It just had this great effect on me when I was watching it. I also really liked the pairing of Lee Wan and Park Shin Hye. I enjoyed them together in Stairway to Heaven and then I got disappointed when I saw Lee Wan’s older counterpart. Anyway, I remembered it had a really nice and emo soundtrack and I don’t know why I haven’t thought of getting it before. So now I got it and listening to it sort of gave me a flashback of the drama. It was so damn sad but I really loved it, it was just beautiful. As I said before, I don’t cry easily with movies or TV shows but this is one of the few that really got me sobbing. In fact, just listening to the OST last night got me crying.
The story wasn’t perfect but it was still nice. What actually got to me was the acting. Lee Wan was very impressive, definitely. He went for whole episodes without saying anything but was still able to convey his emotions and his character perfectly. Park Shin Hye was so young but she was also excellent. I seriously felt for her character. It was just too bad the ending was still tragic. Why can’t they be in a show together where they’ll be happy together in the end?!
I usually don’t like actors paired off over and over again but I want to see them together in another show because I felt like I was left hanging in Tree of Heaven with their pairing. I know they had a lot of cute scenes together but that stupid ALMOST kiss with the hand over the lips was sort of frustrating (although still sweet) because I was really waiting for them to kiss for real. I guess it’s because Park Shin Hye was still quite young back then. But it’s ridiculous how Lee Wan had several real kissing scenes with the other bitchy girl on the show but none with the leading lady (Park Shin Hye). Then, later on when I watched Goong S, Park Shin Hye completely made out with Se7en in one scene. It was supposed to be her first kiss on screen (not sure if first kiss ever) and it wasn’t even sweet or romantic or anything (Hello! Se7en had his eyes wide open in shock!) but it was REALLY kissing and they were doing it for a while too. If she was going to have her first kiss on screen, it would’ve been nicer if it was a romantic one with Lee Wan in Tree of Heaven (Hehe!). No offense to Se7en, I happen to LOVE Se7en, which was why I was watching Goong S in the first place!
So… my point is, I wish Lee Wan and Park Shin Hye would have another project together. They should have a movie this time or another drama… or even an MV. I’ll even take a CF. They’re just so nice together and is it me or does everyone else paired up with them look a lot older than them? I know Lee Wan is around six years older than Park Shin Hye but he doesn’t look that much older than her, it’s perfect.
By the way, does anyone have the interview with Lee Wan and Park Shin Hye together? It was when Tree of Heaven came out. I saw it before but now I can’t find it so if anyone has it I’d appreciate it if you can share.
